My journey to mental healthcare

My journey in therapy began with a desire to help others during a difficult time in my own life. Working with survivors of domestic violence showed me the growth and resiliency of people who want to feel empowered and take charge of their lives.

My goals for you

During our first session, I will do a needs assessment and we will work together on helping you achieve your goals for therapy. I will provide goal setting within the first 2 sessions and we can create a treatment plan together.

Our first session

During the first session, I'll establish rapport with you. We'll discuss past and present struggles, and I'll listen as we explore your therapy expectations. I provide a safe and confidential space for you to express your emotions.
