I work with premarital and marital counseling, peer difficulties, stress, trauma, parenting, chronic illness, pregnancy and postpartum, women's issues, familial conflict, life transitions, grief, anxiety, and depression.

I treat anxiety, depression, abandonment, codependency, grief, relationship issues, separation, parenting issues, women's issues, trauma, and anger management. My main focus is marital and pre-marital counseling.

I lean toward client-centered, attachment-based, interpersonal, family systems, narrative, emotionally focused couples therapy, and solution-focused techniques.
