I am a good match for many types of people, but I am especially good with people who are ready to be healthy and grow! I am very collaborative and rely on science (not fads or pop psychology). I want to inform you with really reliable and actionable information to truly enrich and empower you!

My journey to mental healthcare

I have had three careers! I was a fashion designer who hung out with creatives and traveled the world, my second career was a stay-at-home mom, and I did all the stuff, like handmake Halloween costumes and drive a big red suburban filled with sports equipment and activities!

My goals for you

I listen carefully when we meet, as to what you imagine would be a desirable outcome, and we plan together what to do. I let you know what methods are available and let you decide which you'd like to try!

Our first session

I love meeting new people, so we review your intake together thoroughly. I want to know not only your concerns and issues, but who you are as a person, your cultural influences, and what's worked before for you in therapy and what has not.
