I especially enjoy working with couples experiencing miscommunication issues and striving to strengthen their bond.

I use Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavior Therapy, Cognitive Behavior Therapy, the Gottman Method, and Family Therapy as frameworks to help you gain progress towards your life goals.

I provide a supportive and engaging environment. Through a reflective process, we explore the core of your concerns, increase awareness of behaviors and environment, aid coping with loss, and support acceptance of situations you cannot change.

My journey to mental healthcare

I worked in international marketing, collaborating with partners worldwide to enhance communication systems. Helping people manage life dilemmas felt like a natural progression. My clinical experience deepened my understanding of attachment theory, which I use to help clients understand interpersonal struggles.
