My journey to mental healthcare

I became a therapist because I enjoy helping people become the best version of themselves. I've experienced the benefits of therapy during life challenges and have a passion for assisting others in their time of need.

Goal setting is a collaborative process where the therapist and client work together to establish realistic goals that can be achieved.

Our first session

We'll have introductions and an icebreaker to build rapport. You can share your concerns and what brought you to treatment. We'll begin the assessment and set up treatment goals for change.
