I work with clients navigating life transitions, stress, low self-esteem, trauma, and relationship challenges. I also support people experiencing anxiety, depression, ADHD, and PTSD. My focus is on helping you feel heard, supported, and equipped to handle what is in front of you. Together, we can work on building healthier coping skills.
My approach
My approach is warm, collaborative, and strengths-based. I use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to help you identify patterns while offering practical tools to help you move forward. Together, we will build on your strengths so that you leave sessions feeling both understood and equipped.
