My journey to mental healthcare

Personal loss, including the death of my daughter, and experience sparked curiosity about navigating pain and finding meaning after trauma. I provide compassionate, evidence-informed care, walking with clients with empathy and practical tools toward healing and renewed purpose. Heavy losses can become sources of strength.

I approach goal setting collaboratively, starting with the client’s priorities and strengths. We co-create realistic, measurable goals and track progress with regular check-ins. I emphasize adaptability, evidence-informed strategies, and practical steps that fit each client’s life and values.

We’ll discuss confidentiality, boundaries, and what to expect from therapy, then set initial, achievable steps tailored to your priorities and values.
