My communication style

In therapy, I try to provide a calm and open environment to explore sensitive topics. I try to make you feel comfortable in sharing your life story and in helping you be open to working on symptoms impacting you. I incorporate calming techniques to help you have a moment of reflection and grounding.

My journey to mental healthcare

Since I was young, I have always been attracted to psychology. I would always ask why concerning human behavior. Being a therapist, I am on a journey with you in asking that question. I enjoy helping clients become curious and reflect on the current behaviors stemming from the past.

My goals for you

At the beginning of treatment, we would set your goals for therapy and create a reasonable timeline for symptoms/behaviors to improve. As we begin therapy, we will adjust to better fit your current ability to work on set goals.

During our first session, I would love to get to know you to help with obtaining as much information, so it can help me with providing the best level of care for you.
