I work with children, teens, and adults struggling with anxiety, panic attacks, trauma, ADHD, and life transitions. I also support women’s mental health, including postpartum, burnout, and menopause. I help men and women improve relationships, communication, boundaries, and emotional connection in a supportive, growth-focused space.

My approach is warm, collaborative, and grounded in trust. I use Positive Psychotherapy and CBT to help you understand patterns, manage anxiety, reduce panic, and work with ADHD in practical ways.
