Carla Ronk, LMFT. I have expertise in treating recovery/addiction, relationship conflict, DV, trauma work, personality disorders, and relationships that have provided challenges and opportunities to assist clients to empower themselves to process and commit to improving their insight toward positive change. I utilize Person-Centered, Rogerian, Motivational Interviewing, and Jungian approaches in my practice.

My journey to mental healthcare

After experiencing my own childhood/early adulthood trauma and entering 13 years of therapy myself, I have utilized the approaches that assisted me in "finding my voice" with others which is tremendously gratifying.

My goals for you

My goal is to assist clients with coping skills and resources to utilize throughout the therapy process. I typically provide homework to assist them in being able to function independently.

I provide unconditional positive regard and emotional support in a safe, comforting, non-judgmental environment where we are able to build rapport.
