I’m a warm, compassionate therapist who values creating a space where clients feel safe. My communication style is approachable, collaborative, and down-to-earth, allowing clients to show up as they are without fear of judgment.

My journey to mental healthcare

I became a therapist because I experienced firsthand the impact that a supportive therapist can have at a young age. Having someone who provided guidance and a safe space during important stages of my life inspired me to pursue this work myself.

My goals for you

I work collaboratively with clients to identify meaningful goals that align with their desired growth. Together, we create an individualized plan that feels realistic and attainable. I provide practical tools, coping strategies, and evidence-based interventions, while also modeling how to apply these skills in everyday life.

Our first session

In our first session, I complete an intake to better understand your background and goals for therapy. This session also gives us the opportunity to get to know each other and ensure we’re a good fit working together.
