My journey to mental healthcare

My journey to therapy came after working as a social worker in various fields including community mental health, medical social work/hospice, and working with children and families. In each setting I have been in awe of the human spirt and its ability to overcome and adapt life's greatest challenges.

My goals for you

Therapy is a partnership. Together, we’ll set goals that matter to you—whether that’s improving relationships, building self-esteem, managing grief and loss. Overtime goals can change; your treatment goals are what YOU want to achieve.

Our first session

Your first session is a chance for us to get to know each other and discuss what brings you to therapy. First time jitters are normal and to be expected. Sometimes we don't have the words to how we feel and that's okay. We will move at your pace, and I will serve a guide.
