My journey to mental healthcare

I began my work as a social worker in 1998 with a desire to help people through life’s hard moments. I’ve been shaped by my own life transitions and the people who supported me through them, which is why I’m deeply drawn to helping others navigate unexpected change.

I help you clarify what matters most and turn it into clear, realistic goals. Together, we break things down into small, meaningful steps so progress feels manageable, steady, and aligned with your needs.

In our first session, we slow things down and focus on what brought you in and what feels most important right now. I listen closely, ask thoughtful questions, and help you begin setting gentle, realistic goals and next steps that feel manageable and supportive.
