I am Dr. Zahedi, Psy.D., LCSW. I have been licensed to practice in California since 2007. I received my undergraduate degree in psychology from CSU Fullerton in 1996, my master's degree in medical social work from CSU Long Beach in 2002, and my doctorate in clinical psychology from California Southern University in 2017.

My approach
Anxiety, depression, grief, and trauma are life forces, and trauma are part of a normal and healthy life. However, it is common to misunderstand, mismanage, avoid, and/or neglect these life forces, and it starts with anxiety about therapy itself and being evaluated.
