My journey to mental healthcare

My journey to becoming a therapist began with discovering the intersection between psyche and soul. To live deeply in every moment, we direct the mind and body to become one. We learn how to focus our attention and to listen without reacting and judging. We learn how to open our hearts, experience freedom, and release pain and suffering.

My goals for you

Together, we will explore your life's purpose, set priorities, and achieve what matters most. We will rebuild trust, affection, and intimacy. You will learn how to choose how to best spend your time, live with passion, and create a life worth living.

Our first session

Our first session is about getting to know you and understanding your current health, habits, and behaviors. I will listen with care as you explain where you have been and where you would like to go. Together, we will build trust, create a nurturing space where healing thrives, and create an individualized treatment plan.
