I am an experienced LMFT based in San Diego, California, and working with clients statewide via telehealth. I specialize in anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues using Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, and Relational/Attachment Therapy to help my clients make progress and start feeling better.
