Being a member of our complex, ever-changing world can bring a ton of challenges and growing pains. I became a psychologist because I appreciate seeing this world from others’ perspectives while being able to assist them in living fulfilling life by their own standards. I will partner with you to navigate this environment in a way that fits your personal preferences, needs, and lifestyle so as to retain your inherent humanity and curiosity for what life brings. My therapy style is multi-modal and solution-focused in a way that integrates the complex factors you face in order to achieve your goals. I work with adults in any life stage and have experience with various psychological issues you may be facing. Whether you are experiencing anxiety, depression, interpersonal issues, addiction/dual diagnosis, or trauma/PTSD, there is a place for you here. Additionally, I can assist you in managing complex medical issues and integrating your physical and mental well-being. Should you want assistance managing diabetes, cancer, heart disease, weight management, insomnia, and caregiving stress, you will have a knowledgeable partner by your side. Life can seem daunting at times, but you do not have to face it all alone.
