My focus
I specialize in working with adolescents, especially those who are experiencing depression, anxiety, and have experienced trauma. Being a teenager is HARD! Though I do not have special expertise, I support people of all races, genders, sexual orientations, identities, and faiths, in all bodies. ALL are welcome.
My approach
I use a combination of Cognitive Behavioral, Dialectical Behavioral, Motivational Interviewing, and Solution Focused therapies.
