My journey to mental healthcare

I have always had a passion for helping others. After taking a psychology course in college, it sparked my interest in pursuing assisting others in the mental health field. I have received training in suicide assessment and prevention, crisis counseling, and working with trauma and personality disorders.

My goals for you

I check in about once per month on progress towards goals, then take a collaborative approach to adjust as necessary. I assist clients in processing barriers and stressors while developing healthy coping skills so they can eventually succeed on their own, regardless of circumstances.

Our first session

I will share about myself, conduct a thorough assessment, collaborate on treatment plan goals, and discuss expectations of therapy.
