I am a therapist who is passionate about helping people. I feel most comfortable working with children, teens, and postpartum clients. I am confident that I can help clients with anxiety, depression, bereavement, life transitions, and ADHD.

I believe that a client-centered approach to therapy is most effective for most people. I work collaboratively with my clients to help them achieve their goals. I am trained in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, which is an evidence-based approach that helps clients change their thinking and behavior.

Clients describe me as a warm, friendly, and kind therapist. I am comfortable providing empathetic support, reflective feedback, and gentle but effective direct feedback when needed. I enjoy working with clients to help them achieve their goals.

My journey to mental healthcare

In the past, I worked as a Victim Advocate on a variety of criminal cases, such as sexual assault and domestic violence. I found myself wanting to help the survivors of these cases more and decided to become a therapist. During my clinical training and as a practicing therapist.

My approach to goal setting is a collaborative one. I believe it is my job as a therapist to help support you in developing healthy goals during treatment. I believe this process is a partnership, and I follow my clients' lead when making goals.
