My focus
I work with adults, children, and teens with ADHD, providing coping skills to self-regulate and succeed. I help you embrace yourself and reframe stigmatized beliefs—thinking outside the box. I also address anxiety, depression, loss and grief, trauma, PTSD, parenting, self-esteem, work stressors, and interpersonal and family conflicts.

My approach is humanistic, focusing on self-realization. I utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Trauma-Focused CBT, Gestalt Techniques, Seeking Safety, Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction, and Internal Family Systems. I create a space where you feel safe sharing emotions and engaging in reflection.
