My approach to treatment is to work hand in hand with my clients, helping them find answers, healing, and growth they may be looking for.

My focus

I do not work with high-risk clients. I specialize in working with kids and families who have experienced trauma, depression, anxiety, disruptive behaviors, and changes in family environment due to abuse and divorce.

My approach is client-centered. I meet my clients where they are at. Providing my clients with compassion, empathy, and kindness. I will always provide a safe and positive, non-judgmental environment for all my clients.

My communication style

My main goal is to always make sure my clients feel safe and comfortable while working with me. I am upbeat and playful when appropriate. I believe that therapy can be a fun experience while also addressing things that are currently impacting your life.

My journey to mental healthcare

I grew up learning to help others and realized that I am most happy when I am helping someone. I have always loved working with kids and families, knowing that we can help kids build a strong foundation through healing so they can grow up to live a fulfilled life.

My goals for you

I meet my clients where they are at when it comes to goal setting and allow them the space to create goals they feel are important and attainable, so they can achieve them and feel they are living the life they are setting out to live.

Our first session

During our first session, I like to get to know my clients, allowing them the space to share who they are. I like to discuss with them what treatment will look like and answer any questions they may have. Taking the steps to start building rapport and trust.
