I offer a warm, supportive space to work through anxiety, depression, loss, and life changes, and build a kinder relationship with yourself. My approach blends mindfulness, cognitive behavioral therapy, and compassion-focused therapy to help you feel more grounded and supported.
My focus
I welcome people from all backgrounds and LGBTQ+ identities. Many of the clients I support are navigating loss, relationship challenges, or big life transitions—like career changes, divorce, and identity shifts. I also help with adjustment struggles and the anxiety that comes with change, and relationship stress.
My approach
I integrate mindfulness-based cognitive behavioral therapy (MCBT) with compassion-focused therapy to help you increase present-moment awareness, reduce unhelpful thinking patterns, cultivate self-compassion, and support emotional balance. I also draw on relational and strengths-based perspectives to tailor interventions to your needs and values.
