My communication style

I am a casual communicator driven by patience and empathy to put clients at ease with the therapeutic process. I meet my clients at their level to build and explore new pathways.

My journey to mental healthcare

My best recollection of what put me on this path is a painful memory of my childhood friend, who was physically and verbally abused. I wanted to be the advocate and safe space that the school counselor provided for her. I am passionate about helping others and demonstrating the life impact therapy has had on me.

I work closely with clients to establish achievable treatment goals. We will set goals based on your current and past struggles.

Our first session

Our initial session will involve open-ended questions about symptoms, history, health, relationships, and other factors that play a role in your mental health. Together, we will create a focus on treatment and goals to guide the process.
