My communication style

I am empathic and I assist. I am also direct. I do not offer couples or family counseling. I also did work with individuals experiencing concerns with eating disorders (previous is okay) and those who are mandated by the courts for therapy. I do not write notes for the court or for your attorney; this platform can give records, though.

My journey to mental healthcare

I did a lot of volunteer work and held a few positions. I fell in love with helping people, and I was told that to achieve this, I would need to go back to school and complete my degree.

My goals for you

We come up with a treatment plan and start where you are. We go at your pace.

Our first session

The first session would be to create rapport for me to get to know you and what your concerns are, and/or what you want to work on.
