My journey to mental healthcare

I have always known that I would be in a supportive role of some kind, as my initial goal as a child was to become a medical doctor. However, I soon realized that I wanted to support individuals and families on a more intimate level, which allowed time for me to provide tools that could directly improve their mental health.

My goals for you

Therapy is never one size fits all, so I partner with you to identify desired areas of growth. Once trust is established, we design goals together using the S.M.A.R.T. model: specific, measurable, attainable, realistic, and time-bound.

Our first session

During an initial therapy session, clients can expect me to create a space where they can show up as their authentic selves and not feel judged for needing support. Clients can also expect me to inquire about their perceived purpose for seeking treatment and how they would best like to be supported in that process.
