My therapeutic approach is building a trusting relationship with each of my clients. I am open, honest, non-judgmental, and caring. I provide a safe environment. I make it my aim to work with my clients as a team to help you reach the goals you have set for yourself. I provide complete support and insight so you can build a better understanding of yourself while gaining helpful tools to address and adapt to life's challenges.
My focus
I am willing to see individuals and specialize in treating anger management, anxiety, depression, divorce, grief, life transitions, relationship issues, self-esteem, sexual abuse, stress, trauma and PTSD, and self-harming.
My communication style
I communicate with warmth, empathy, and directness. Active listening is central to how I engage, ensuring I understand your perspective. I ask clarifying questions and share insights to facilitate meaningful dialogue and collaboration. My aim is to create an open, supportive space where you feel heard and understood.
