The relationship between therapist and client is a sacred one. In that spirit, I strive to build trust through direct yet empathic communication. Therapy is dynamic; sometimes there are tears and sometimes healing laughter. At its heart is human connection.

My journey to mental healthcare

As cliché as it sounds, I have always known that I wanted to help people. As I progressed with my education, I became fascinated with the human mind and how simple changes to our thinking can have such profound effects on our wellbeing. After more than two decades in the field, I remain in awe of our ability to grow and change.

I can help you identify negative patterns and build upon your strengths to foster resilience. Together, we can create a tool chest to help you build the life you deserve.

Our first session

As with any relationship, our first meeting(s) will be focused on creating safety and building rapport. I meet all clients where they are and start to formulate a treatment plan.
