My journey to becoming a therapist was deeply influenced by my lived experience as a member of the Queer and Latinx community, where I witnessed firsthand the gaps in access to culturally responsive and affirming care.

My goals for you

Ultimately, I hope clients leave therapy with a greater sense of self-acceptance and love. My goal is to create an environment that reduces shame, helps clients recognize the abundance of strengths they possess, and fosters authentic self-expression.

Our first session is all about getting to know each other. I’ll invite you to share what brings you to therapy, explore your hopes for our work together, & ask some questions to help guide the process. It’s a gentle, low-pressure conversation where we begin to build trust and set the tone for a relationship centered in safety, curiosity, & growth.
