My communication style

My communication style is collaborative, encouraging, and genuine. I believe a trusting and collaborative communication style is imperative to the therapeutic process and is a foundation for the healing process.

My journey to mental healthcare

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with many years’ experience working with community-based agencies in various roles. My training includes working with trauma survivors, including children and adults who have experienced complex traumas, abuse, illness, and grief and loss.

My goals for you

Through a collaborative process, I will help you to identify areas of concern; we will then develop goals together. Each session will work on assisting you in reaching your goals. However, this process is often not linear, and if needed, we can adjust the process as we go.

Our first session

Our first session will be an opportunity for us both to ask questions. I understand this experience may be difficult or even a little uncomfortable. But I hope that as we talk, we can build a working relationship where you will feel heard and supported.
