I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with experience in treating anxiety, depression, stress, life transitions, emotional and relationship concerns and self-esteem challenges. My goal is to partner with clients to identify their strengths, overcome obstacles, and develop the tools needed to thrive both personally and emotionally.

My journey to mental healthcare

My journey into therapy was a desire to help others navigate and heal from life's challenges. I developed a deep appreciation for the power of a strong therapeutic relationship. Becoming a therapist has allowed me to support individuals as they gain insight, build coping skills and develop the tools needed to build a more fulfilling life.
