My respect for human resilience and the intrinsic ability of humans to thrive and survive in the most difficult of environments and situations drew me to the field of psychology at a young age. I enjoy assisting people in understanding how their experiences, good, traumatic, and even mundane, impact the person they are now.

My ideal patient is willing to work collaboratively to define and achieve their goals. I work with people who struggle with depression and anxiety. Working together creates the opportunity to find the life skills required to solve the problems that arise.
My approach
I intertwines past and present experiences to address current life difficulties. I place a great deal of confidence in a person’s ability to find their own path through difficult times, with the proper support. I engage in supportive, challenging, and goal-oriented therapy, designed to create a strong therapeutic alliance.
