Hi there, I'm Megan!

I meet my clients in their emotional pain to help them push forward in healing their grief. I work specifically with those navigating profound loss and the complex emotions that follow.

My focus

I work with adult female empaths who are grieving the death of their person. My clients are healing from the death of their partner, spouse, or parent.

My approach

I offer therapy using a variety of treatment modalities such as Client-centered, Existential, Attachment, and Humanistic theories.

My communication style

I join with my clients in the moment and sit with them in their distress. I do not treat all clients the same, as each person holds their grief differently. I mirror back what is needed so you can truly feel seen and heard.

My journey to mental healthcare

My dad died when I was eleven, and I pushed my feelings down for years. Therapists told me to just get over my grief, which made me feel wrong for feeling my feelings. When I sat with my first grief client, I immediately knew this was my path. Grief healing is not a path you choose; it chooses you.

My goals for you

I am fairly fluid with goal setting in grief healing. I feel the biggest part of healing is being able to hold the parts of the past and weave them into the present.
