Hi there, I'm Julia!

I work with individuals, couples, and families who have experienced anxiety, depression, and trauma. I have a special love for working with folks on the Autism spectrum.

My focus

I enjoy working with adults who want to know about their inner Light and how to access it, to make the decisions and changes they seek. I love working with couples who are trying to salvage, rekindle, or deepen their relationship. I am passionate about helping folks with spectrum disorders relate and communicate with the world.

My approach

I believe we all have a bright Light inside of us. I use attachment, parts work, and mindfulness approaches to help you on your path.
