My journey to mental healthcare

Becoming a therapist wasn’t something I set out to do right away, but looking back, it feels like the path I was always meant to take. I’ve always been drawn to understanding people how we process pain, and what helps us heal. What truly drives me in this work is the privilege of witnessing clients overcome their struggles.

From there, we break down bigger goals into smaller, achievable steps.

I’ll ask about your reasons for seeking therapy, your current challenges, and any goals you’d like to work on. This session is all about understanding where you’re at and beginning to build a foundation of trust.
