Hi there, I'm Erica!

I have a strong sense of compassion and empathy for those struggling with depression, anxiety, difficulty controlling their emotions, self-harm, and thoughts of suicide. We all need a safe place where we can talk about our feelings, free of judgment, with someone we trust.

My focus

I typically treat those with a history of developmental trauma, and/or difficulty managing their emotions.

My approach

I utilize principles of CBT, Mindfulness, and DBT in a person-centered, strengths-based approach.

My communication style

The key component of effective therapy is the relationship between client and therapist. I work to develop this relationship, meet clients where they are at, and help them develop skills and confidence to grow into the people they were born to become.
