My journey to mental healthcare
I have worked intensively with families through wraparound services, providing them with the tools to improve and sustain their quality of living. I have a background in cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused brief therapy (SFBT), trauma work, relapse, and crisis prevention. I specialized in working with older adults with hoarding disorders providing manualized Cognitive Rehabilitation and Exposure/Sorting Therapy.
