My journey to mental healthcare

I've had the privilege of working alongside young children and their families with learning disabilities, behavioral issues, and life transitions. I've learned that treatment is not a 'one size fits all.' I believe that anyone has the ability to learn if they give themselves a chance and understand that healing takes time.

In goal setting, I invite clients to share what brings them to therapy and what they would like to work on while in treatment. It is a collaborative process where the focus is on ensuring the client is heard.
