I believe that good mental health can change a person's life. By developing self-awareness, healing from trauma, and learning skills to reduce depression, anxiety, and stress, people can reach their personal goals and, in turn, improve their communities.

I have experience working with adults and treating depressive symptoms, anxiety, stress, gender issues, self-confidence issues, and the effects of trauma. I use a client-centered and culturally humble approach to craft a personalized treatment plan that can help you navigate your specific needs.
My approach
I like to use a mix of solution-focused behavioral therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy, strength-based skills, and an understanding of the different systems that my clients engage in to help them process and gain the skills necessary to reach their goals. I also incorporate motivational interviewing and mindfulness skills.
