I love supporting you on your healing journey to awaken the healer within yourself. You will find a space of warmth and genuine care in me. I use whichever strategies and tools are best suited to your goal in each moment, and I believe my job is to be fluid to meet you where you are while honoring where you wish to be.

My ideal client is ready and willing to meet all parts of themselves. I can best support your needs by being a safe and unconditional container to hold all parts of you with love until you are able. It is with that love that deeper healing can occur to step into your highest self and awaken your own inner healer.

My approach

I work from an open-hearted and authentic space. Healing is most effective when we feel truly cared for, seen, and held safely by someone we trust. I have the utmost respect for anyone stepping into healing work and try to honor you by showing up with my best self. It is our relationship that elevates healing.

My style is very heart-centered and authentic. I speak very directly but always with love.

My journey to mental healthcare

I experienced a lot of grief and trauma. It was through personal healing and therapy that I was able to find joy and love for life. I feel called to support others with the insights and inspiration that I found in my own journey.

My goals for you

I support clients by awakening insights and the intrinsic motivation that we all have somewhere deep in our core. Your own force is the strongest energy to reach your goals, but I will lend you mine until yours awaken. When both of our awakened forces move together, your healing will elevate to reach your goals and more.

Our first session

Most of my clients share that our sessions are surprisingly enjoyable. I am full of joy and presence, and that is felt, even though we will step into the opposite as well. You will find me an anchor of love and happiness to start and end sessions with.
