I got into this work because of personal earlier experiences, wanting to understand more. I strive to help my clients grow to their fullest potential while making therapy an enjoyable process.

Your first session is time spent discussing what you've been experiencing and how you've been feeling emotionally. We'll talk about what led you to seek therapy and what you want to gain from treatment. This session is about building rapport and determining if you feel comfortable with me and the process going forward.
