My office is very warm, as well as my personality. My waiting room has beautiful glass hearts on the table. My office is very welcoming and cozy.

My journey to mental healthcare

I loved making a difference in people's lives, both children and adults. I love challenges and having an opportunity to change people's lives.

My goals for you

With adult clients, I ask them in the first few sessions what are their main goals. I explain to them that as we go through the therapeutic process, their goals may change, and they need to communicate the new goals to me as well.

Our first session

We'll cover background info, family history of anxiety, depression, substance abuse, and mental illness. I'll ask where you're from, who is in your family, and about your relationship with significant family members. We'll discuss educational background, job history, goals for therapy, and history of past therapy.
