I draw upon a range of modalities, including Attachment-based, Client-Centered Therapy, Coaching, Cognitive Behavioral (CBT), Dialectical (DBT), Family Systems, Gottman Method, and Psychodynamic techniques to tailor my approach to each client's unique needs.

I earned my MS in Counseling & Psychology with Distinction, which provided me with a solid foundation in the field. Through my diverse clinical experiences, I discovered my calling to support individuals and families in strengthening their relationships and developing resilience.
