I’m a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) based in California. My style is integrative and relational, helping clients understand patterns to get "unstuck", regulate emotions, and build healthier relationships. I specialize in women's issues, anxiety, trauma, and self-esteem issues.
My focus
I work with young adults and adults, typically women and individuals in the LGBTQIA+ community who are motivated to make changes. My clients are typically high functioning professionals struggling with anxiety, issues with self esteem, burn out, and trauma. I also work with many mothers struggling with postpartum depression and identity shifts.
My approach
My approach is a whole person approach. My work is rooted in attachment-based and trauma-informed care, integrating psychodynamic, family systems, mind-body interventions, and CBT approaches. I help clients understand how early experiences shape current patterns to build insight, and create meaningful, lasting change.
