Hello! I am a bilingual therapist (Spanish/English). My work as a therapist began in 2014. I provide therapy to adults living throughout the state of California (through Telehealth).
My approach
My approach is tailored to each person’s individual needs so that they can make progress toward their mental health goals. Some of the support I have provided includes collaborating with clients to identify solutions, develop coping skills, increase self-care, learn how to communicate effectively, and learn how to manage/express emotions. I would love to discuss how I can support you and determine if I am the right therapist for you.
My focus
Some of the clients who I have worked with include young professionals, college students, individuals going through life transitions, first-time therapy clients, as well as other mental health professionals. I have experience working with individuals facing a variety of life situations including but not limited to anxiety, depression, grief, phase of life adjustments, and stress. I do NOT offer the following services : Emotional Support Animal (ESA) letters, legal letters, employment Letters (i.e., work accommodation, disability), Psychological Testing, and Medication management.
