I provide a safe, non-judgmental space for clients to explore how to create the life they want. My greatest reward is helping people make changes that allow them to look forward to the future with hope.

My focus

I work with individuals, including adolescents ages 13-17. I have extensive experience treating clients dealing with depression, anxiety, substance abuse, gambling, job loss, career dissatisfaction, re-entry into the workforce, women's issues, grief, adoption, and life stage transitions.

My approach

I use a variety of therapeutic approaches depending on each client's individual needs. My specialties include addictions, mood disorders, and career development issues. I aim to provide a supportive environment where you can openly discuss your challenges without fear of judgment.

I am passionate about helping people improve their mental health and overall well-being. Seeing my clients overcome challenges, gain new insights, and create positive changes in their lives is deeply fulfilling to me and drives my work as a therapist.

During our first session, I'll focus on getting to know you, understanding what brought you to therapy, and learning about your hopes for our work together. We'll discuss your background and current challenges and begin to formulate a plan to help you start feeling better and moving toward your goals.
