My focus

I typically work with children/adolescents (5 years old17 years old) and adults between the ages of 18-25. I also work with families. My priority is to create a safe space for clients and I do so by maintaining unconditional positive regard for my clients.

My journey to mental healthcare

I am a first-generation Latina and I grew up seeing the need for mental health help in my community. I pursued a career as a therapist in order to live a fulfilling life while helping others along their journey.
