My name is Mary Sowah-Quaye, and I'm a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in the state of California. I earned my Master of Social Work degree from the University of California State University in Bakersfield. I've worked in many different settings with individuals and families who have a variety of personal issues such as depression/anxiety, bipolar, stress, family problems, and relationship issues.

My approach combines person-centered, cognitive behavioral therapies and motivational interviewing, and mindfulness.

I provide psychotherapy and counseling for adults 18 and older who suffer from Anger Management, Anxiety, Behavioral Issues, Bipolar Disorder, Borderline Personality, Depression, Emotional Disturbance, Family Conflict, Job Stress, LGBTQIA+, Life Coaching, Mood Disorders, Relationship Issues, Self Esteem, Sleep or Insomnia, Stress, and many more.
