I am so excited to have you here. I understand how vulnerable asking for help and coming to therapy can be, and I am thankful you have trusted me to go alongside your journey.

My focus

I got my undergraduate degree in Child Development with a minor in Counseling, and I got my Master's Degree in Counseling. I specialize in eating disorders, anxiety, and OCD; however, I have experience working with a plethora of other diagnoses.

My approach

I set clear goals for myself and my clients, and treat every session as an opportunity to make progress. I approach therapy with an open mind and provide a safe space to be open and honest. I will also provide tools to individualize our work together to best meet your needs.

My communication style

I listen to my clients, engage honestly, and tell them the things they need to hear. I also assign homework to ensure we're not just talking; we're actually getting better. I can be direct when needed; however, I always lead with compassion.

I have always enjoyed helping people and found myself always wanting to understand what makes people who they are.

I try to make sure we are setting SMART goals (specific, measurable, attainable, realistic, and time-sensitive). We will be reviewing goals frequently to ensure we are staying on your desired path.
