My focus
I find myself working with a wide range of clients. I have seen individuals, couples, and families throughout my career. The conditions that I find myself comfortable working with are anxiety, depression, relationship issues, new mothers/postpartum mothers, substance use, and trauma. I have also worked with many veterans, and first responders.
My approach
My approach is client/person-centered. I will meet you where you're at, with unconditional positive regard and empathy, and allow you to have a space to create the life you feel like you need and deserve. I believe in working collaboratively with my clients to allow them to become the best versions of themselves along their therapeutic journey.
